I have had a lot of questions directed at me about Eating Clean. Basically what it is is you give up on eating prepackaged foods and meats. For one they are very high in sodium content. Plus they have many other additives to keep them fresher longer.
Eating Clean has more to do with eating fresh fruits and vegetables. As well as eating leaner cuts of meat, and seafood. To eat more whole grains such as, oats, quinoa, and brown rice.
They recommend you do your grocery shopping on the outside aisles. Which makes a lot of sense, because most of the things that are on those outside aisle are things that are very healthy for you.
I started doing this about a week ago, and was able to lose 10 pounds. This is not typical. Just think my body is getting back to a normal metabolism due to the change in foods. Eating more complex carbs, and my body is burning them more efficiently.
So give up those 100 calorie packs and try and eat more fruits and vegetables. Your body will thank you for it.
