Just had the most awesome week with Colleen visiting. It was great to sit and talk and catch up. I took her to a few stores in the area I knew weren't in VA, and we did the beach and shelling thing, had some fantastic food and alot of beers. It was so good! We even got the chance to take her to Spinners, a wonderful restaurant on the beach that has an awesome view of the Gulf Coast.
I just wish the weather had been a little better. We didnt have any rain, but it was only in the lower 60's and some days the wind was blowing so it made it feel colder. She said it was still better than the 30's and snow she just came from, but still, it would have been nice if it was at least normal temps here which is usually the 70's.
We got some great pictures and we will be making her a DVD with them so she has a record of her vacation here.
We loved visiting with Colleen. She is a wonderful friend.
